Enthusiasm fades. The treadmill becomes a clothes hanger. Weight benches gather dust. Elliptical machines take up half the garage. Removing it yourself means hauling heavy equipment down stairs, loading it awkwardly, and risking injury. Getting it out professionally saves your back and clears the space.”
