Blake or Brennin shows up at your scheduled window with the full crew and equipment. We confirm access, check the tub's location and condition, and answer any last-minute questions.
Once you've drained the tub and your electrician has killed power to the spa, we disconnect plumbing, cut the shell apart if needed to fit through gates or tight access points, remove any framing or decking attached to it, and haul every piece, including shell, insulation, foam, and concrete, to our trucks.

Do I need to hire an electrician first?
Yes. A licensed electrician must disconnect the power supply before we arrive. That's a safety requirement we can't work around. Once power is off, we handle everything else.
What if the hot tub is surrounded by a deck or fence?
We cut through fences, remove decking, or disassemble framing as needed to get the tub out. Those cuts are included in our removal price. We'll assess access when you book and give you an exact quote.
Do you dispose of the hot tub parts responsibly?
Yes. We haul everything to our yard and recycle or dispose of it per Louisville regulations. Fiberglass shells go to the recycler when possible; scrap metal and other materials are separated and handled accordingly. We make our best effort to keep usable items out of the landfill on every job. It is part of the standard service.
