Call (502) 340-7359 or fill out our booking form. We book in 2-hour windows, 8AM–5PM most days, with Saturday 8AM–3PM. Same-day is usually available if you call before noon.
Blake or Brennin shows up at your scheduled window with the full crew and equipment. We confirm access, check the tub's location and condition, and answer any last-minute questions.
After your electrician has killed power to the spa, we drain the water (into storm drain per Louisville code), disconnect plumbing, cut the shell apart if needed to fit through gates or tight access points, remove any framing or decking attached to it, and haul every piece—shell, insulation, foam, concrete—to our trucks.

We cut through fences, remove decking, or disassemble framing as needed to get the tub out. Those cuts are included in our removal price. We'll assess access when you book and give you an exact quote.
Do you dispose of the hot tub parts responsibly?
Yes. We haul everything to our yard and recycle or dispose of it per Louisville regulations. Fiberglass shells go to the recycler when possible; scrap metal and other materials are separated and handled accordingly.
